He possesses over 30 years of rich experience of Corporate World in various arenas of law with specialisation in Corporate Laws, Joint Ventures & Strategic Alliance, Merger & Acquisitions , Corporate Restructuring, Business Transfers and Acquisitions, Manufacturing Units restructuring, Compliance Managements, Managerial Remunerations Structuring, Project Set up and Implementations support, Internal Audit, Capital Issues ( IPO, Rights Issues, Preferential Issues) Planning and Implementations, Prevention of Sexual Harassment Management. He has represented Corporates and Promoters before various authorities including DIPP, Reserve Bank of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, NCLTs, Arbitration Tribunals.
